1. Will your bands fit my smartwatch?
Yes, absolutely. Our bands are made to fit most smartwatch models — Apple Watch (Series 1–9, SE, Ultra), Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, and more. You’ll see exact compatibility info listed on each product page.
2. What materials do you use?
Every band is crafted with care and intention. We use soft genuine leather, durable stainless steel, hand-selected gemstones, and woven cords. Each material is skin-friendly and chosen for both comfort and beauty — so your band feels as good as it looks.
3. How do I find the right size?
Check out the “Size Guide” on each product page. Most bands fit wrists between 5.5"–8.3" (140–210 mm). Not sure? Wrap a string around your wrist, measure it with a ruler, and you’ll know in seconds.
4. Are your bands waterproof?
Silicone and nylon bands? Totally water-friendly — perfect for everyday adventures. Leather and beaded bands, though, prefer to stay dry. A little care goes a long way toward keeping them beautiful.
5. Can I adjust or change the clasp?
Yes! Many of our designs are adjustable or include extra links or cords, so you can easily find a comfortable fit.

Yes. Every band comes with a 6-month warranty that covers any manufacturing issues — because we stand behind everything we make.
